VP Fintech Sales Executive

📋 Description

• Drive new partner acquisition across fintech companies, marketplaces, and enterprise brands
• Build, develop, and manage a high-value sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities aligned with growth objectives and market
• Lead complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving founders, C-suite executives, and
• Maintain momentum throughout lengthy sales processes, proactively identifying and resolving
• Own opportunities from initial engagement through negotiation, contracting, and successful

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, banking, payments, or
• Proven track record of hunting, developing, and closing complex, high-value partnerships, with
• Direct experience with sponsor bank models, embedded finance, or related program management
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, consumer compliance, and
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across client organizations and
• Exceptional negotiation, commercial strategy, and deal-structuring capabilities.
