VP, FP&A

📋 Description

• Report to SVP Finance; build short- and long-term financial models.
• Provide analytical insights to drive targets and business performance.
• Own financial analysis and reporting; end-to-end operating model.
• Deliver timely exec and board reporting; manage 409a and investor reporting.
• Lead monthly forecasting; coordinate cross-functional inputs; highlight risks.
• Drive quarterly flash forecasting and materials for management reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• 10–15 years in FP&A with leadership experience.
• SaaS at scale experience; Private Equity background preferred.
• Proven track record of timely, predictable financial models.
• Experience managing and implementing financial reporting systems.
• Strong communication to convey complex financial concepts to leaders.
