📋 Description

• Define the fund's investment strategy: Establish the investment mandate, portfolio construction
• Build and manage the investment portfolio: Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities
• Lead investment due diligence: Assess investment counterparties, protocols, custodians, and trading
• Oversee portfolio performance: Monitor investments and exposures, evaluate strategy-level returns
• Establish the risk management framework: Define and implement exposure limits, concentration
• Protect capital through active risk monitoring: Conduct daily portfolio reviews and stress tests

🎯 Requirements

• Senior investment management experience: At least 10 years of experience in asset management
• Institutional fund management track record: Demonstrated experience managing a regulated investment
• Bitcoin market expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of Bitcoin markets, BTC-collateralized lending
• Decentralized finance knowledge: Working understanding of DeFi mechanisms, including lending
• Portfolio construction and risk management: Strong expertise in investment analysis, portfolio
• Fund governance and regulatory experience: Proven experience with fund offering documents, NAV
