VP, Global Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead global accounting org: record-to-report, consolidation, intercompany, payroll, statutory reporting.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close across global entities.
• Set and enforce global accounting standards and close disciplines.
• Navigate complex revenue arrangements with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to accelerate accounting work, while maintaining judgment.
• Translate complex accounting concepts for non-finance stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years in accounting and controllership.
• CPA required; Big 4 background preferred.
• Proven Corporate Controller or senior accounting leader.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
• Experience leading global multi-entity accounting operations.
• PE-backed or high-growth experience; ERP/automation skilled.
