📋 Description

• Lead the Commercial Transactions Function: Oversee a team of seasoned attorneys and contract
• Manage Complex Deal Negotiations: Serve as the lead negotiator for high-value, strategic, and
• Operationalize Contracting: Drive continuous improvement in contract processes, templates
• Partner Across the Business and Within the Legal Function: Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school (or equivalent international qualification)
• 20+ years of legal experience with a focus on complex commercial and technology transactions
• Deep understanding of cloud/SaaS contracting, software to SaaS agreements, data protection, AI
• Proven ability to develop, mentor and lead cross culture, global hybrid teams, influence senior
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills with strong attention to detail and
• Experience using and implementing GenAI tools at scale and training legal team members on how these
