🎯 Requirements

Significant leadership experience in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Technology, or HR Transformation

Experience partnering with Finance and executive leadership
Deep knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and data architecture
Proven dashboards and translating data into business decisions
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
