📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

Leadership in People Analytics, Workforce Planning or HR Transformation
Strong financial understanding in personnel cost forecasting
Partner with Finance and executive leadership
Deep knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and data architecture
Proven ability to build dashboards and translate data into decisions
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
