📋 Description

• Lead global workforce planning and headcount governance
• Develop long-term FTE forecasting models
• Own personnel cost planning and workforce budgeting
• Partner with Finance to improve forecasting accuracy
• Build executive reporting for Board and Leadership
• Drive AI, automation and data-driven HR transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership in People Analytics or HR Transformation
• Strong financial understanding with personnel cost forecasting
• Experience partnering with Finance and executive leadership
• Deep knowledge of HRIS ecosystems and data architecture
• Proven dashboards and translating data into business decisions
• Experience leading digital transformation and AI initiatives
