🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant field (science preferred).
• 10+ years in global biopharma leadership (immunology/rheumatology/metabolic).
• Proven track record in lifecycle management and asset strategy.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder mgmt.
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution and judgment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
