📋 Description

• Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, CMO, and CRO on pipeline handoff, growth features, GTM
• Own the marketing website as a core growth asset, including performance, conversion rate
• Bring a strong point of view on paid creative and partner with marketing team on evergreen and
• Build and maintain attribution models, dashboards, and reporting for accurate pipeline and revenue
• Establish a rigorous testing culture across acquisition, website, onboarding, and lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS
• Proven track record owning demand generation across paid search, paid social, SEO, pipeline
• Direct experience managing marketing analytics, attribution, and website performance or conversion
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to build measurement infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale cross-functional teams while influencing across Product
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set clear priorities for executives and
