📋 Description

• Lead the Traditional Studio, GenAI Studio, and Marketing Production functions
• Set creative and technical standards across all three studios
• Own output and performance accountability for studio production
• Direct video production from concept to final cut
• Provide creative oversight on brand films and case-study films
• Shape pricing and commercial models for studio services

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English
• 15+ years in TVC/commercial production spanning creative direction, directing, and post
• Strong portfolio spanning all key craft categories (creative/concept, directing
• VFX compositing, color, and technical filmmaking background
• Track record leading multiple production functions/teams
• Proven GenAI/multi-model pipeline expertise
