📋 Description

• Define and execute strategy to integrate WHOOP into healthcare markets.
• Build and scale partnerships with payers, MA plans, and health systems.
• Develop opportunities for virtual-first care and outcomes-based models.
• Partner with Healthcare Product to tailor offerings to payer needs.
• Structure and negotiate enterprise models: reimbursement, pilots, data integrations.
• Develop evidence-based value propositions showing outcomes and cost impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in payer strategy, employer benefits, or digital health partnerships.
• Direct sales experience in healthcare.
• Payer economics, reimbursement, risk, and value-based care understanding.
• Proven track record building and scaling with health plans, employers, and health systems.
• Experience integrating digital health into benefits, care delivery, or population health.
• Ability to negotiate complex multi-stakeholder agreements and drive outcomes.
