VP, Infrastructure and Security

📋 Description

• Lead security-first infra architecture across cloud, devices, code, and apps
• Own SOC 2 Type II program end-to-end, audits and evidence
• Maintain GLBA, PCI DSS and other financial regs
• Hands-on role balancing strategy with practical security work
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal
• Report to SVP of Engineering in a fast-moving fintech

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security; 2+ years in leadership
• Hands-on SOC 2 Type I/II audits experience
• GLBA & PCI DSS compliance knowledge
• Cloud security: AWS and Cloudflare; IAM, VPCs, CloudTrail, GuardDuty
• Incident response program experience with playbooks
• Fintech/consumer financial services background; CISSP/CISM/CISA a plus
