• Define and own Bridge's long-term technical strategy across Billing, IAM, Data, Ops, Platform Infra.
• Partner with Product to align with Docker's roadmap and growth objectives.
• Anticipate infra needs 12-18 months ahead and start foundational work early.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives for new business models, pricing, compliance, and GTM.
• Establish Bridge as a durable competitive advantage via reliability and self-service.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary org of 30+ engineers and managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years engineering exp; 3+ years in executive leadership (VP+).
• Led infra/platform org of 20+ engineers across multiple domains.
• Anticipates business needs and delivers infrastructure proactively.
• Strong business acumen; translates platform capabilities into business outcomes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with product, finance, legal, and execs.
• Deep background in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and platform engineering.
