📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and evolve a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives growth across
• Build and scale Trace3's new Infrastructure and Operations practice, including operating model
• Establish strategic and financial team goals, develop execution plans, and ensure progress against
• Own and drive achievement of Infrastructure and Operations practice revenue and gross profit
• Develop and advance solution plays across networking, cloud, hybrid cloud, observability
• Develop and advance AI-enabled infrastructure and operations initiatives that strengthen client

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of services-led IT infrastructure, cloud, hybrid cloud, networking, managed
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• Experience working for a technology or consulting company, including prior experience developing
• Management experience in a team-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal, coaching, and
• Excellent understanding of enterprise business environments and the operational challenges facing
