VP Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Lead global internal audit across financial, operational, IT/cybersecurity, SOX 404, and compliance
• Report to Audit Committee; partner with CEO, CFO, and business leaders on risk and controls.
• Develop and govern a risk-based, global annual audit plan; integrate ERM insights.
• Oversee audit execution with strong QAIP; ensure timely, high-quality results.
• Drive data analytics, audit automation, and ITGC/cybersecurity improvements.
• Build and lead a high-performing, diverse internal audit team; manage budget and resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years in audit/finance with 10+ years leading internal audit or public accounting teams at
• Executive-level communication with Audit Committee/Board.
• Deep knowledge of IIA Standards, COSO, SOX 404, PCAOB.
• Proven global, risk-based audit planning across financial, operational, IT, and compliance domains.
• Strong business acumen; ability to assimilate global processes and strategic priorities.
• Experience in IT/IS audit, cybersecurity risk, and data analytics; healthcare tech/medical device
