📋 Description

• Grow and scale the Managed Services practice while maintaining strong margins and operational
• Develop and launch new managed service offerings that align with customer needs and market
• Partner closely with Sales to drive bookings, revenue growth, and client retention.
• Serve as an executive sponsor for key customer relationships and escalations.
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of managers, employees, and contractors.
• Establish metrics, processes, and business cases that support sustainable growth and service

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of Managed Services leadership experience within an IT services, consulting, MSP
• Proven success scaling and growing a Managed Services business while improving profitability and
• Experience owning a P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting.
• Strong background in service portfolio development, including creating new service offerings and
• Executive-level customer-facing experience, including account management, escalations, renewals
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and build strong leadership benches.
