🎯 Requirements

15+ years leading high-growth business units or SaaS divisions
5+ years in health insurance, InsurTech, or employee benefits
Deep knowledge of ICHRA regs and defined-contribution health strategies
Proven leadership scaling a complex digital platform into a repeatable commercial engine
