📋 Description

• Define the planning north star, standards, and cadence for the team.
• Build and scale the planning organization with clear roles and growth paths.
• Own inventory strategy including drop-ship vs owned and SKU investments.
• Own end-to-end inventory health: in-stock rate, weeks of supply, working capital.
• Lead forecasting platform adoption for planning with Intuendi, Blue Yonder, o9.
• Partner as an equal strategic voice to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Data/Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven executive leadership in planning, inventory, and allocation for wholesale/retail.
• Strong people manager building high-performance teams and bench strength.
• Track record setting strategic vision and operating standards for planning.
• Moves fast on high-stakes decisions with disciplined execution.
• Experience shaping planning POV for distribution networks and inventory deployment.
• Direct experience owning demand planning platforms like Intuendi, Blue Yonder, or o9 to adoption.
