📋 Description

• Own revenue, growth, and P&L for mortgage; set targets, forecast, and deliver against plan.
• Define mortgage GTM strategy: segmentation, pricing, packaging, and growth bets.
• Lead Go-to-Market by aligning Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and CS toward shared targets.
• Hire, lead, and develop the mortgage team as it scales.
• Drive new logo acquisition, retention, and expansion across mortgage customers.
• Build senior relationships with lenders and partners to accelerate opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years running a business line with revenue ownership (GM/VP).
• Track record of hitting growth and revenue targets.
• Experience leading cross-functional GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships).
• Strong general-management: strategy, planning, forecasting, and operating discipline.
• Experience selling into or operating within mortgage or lending with relationships.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams in a high-growth environment.
