  • Own NAMER Commercial revenue targets across 5 teams of 6–8 AEs.
  • Engage directly in deals over $100K as executive presence.
  • Hire, develop, and performance-manage first-line sales managers.

  • Drive forecast discipline and pipeline hygiene across the Commercial org.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of second-line sales leadership in SaaS.
  • Proven success leading managers in high-velocity multi-product deals over $200K.
  • Closer mentality; comfortable in executive negotiations and deals >$100K.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales motions, value-based selling, procurement cycles.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and deep product knowledge.
  • Procurement/finance/legal experience; experience building BDR-to-AE programs.
