📋 Description

• Set direction and operating rhythms across accounting, treasury, controls, and risk.
• Lead a high-performing team with clear accountability and cross-functional partnership.
• Partner with the CFO on accounting, reporting, and financial governance decisions.
• Deliver concise exec-level reporting on performance, cash flow, and results.
• Oversee close, policy application, and audit readiness; strengthen controls.
• Scale the finance function through talent development and improved processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in accounting/finance or related fields.
• Experience overseeing close, policy, audit support, and controls.
• Experience leading financial reporting, management reporting, and core accounting ops.
• Experience building and leading finance teams, plus executive dashboards.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency with ERP/financial systems and BI tools.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; MBA or CPA preferred.
