VP of AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Define and execute Humanoid's enterprise AI transformation vision and roadmap.
• Lead the AI Transformation Office and cross-functional teams across the org.
• Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value with governance and security.
• Collaborate with the CEO, ELT, IT, Engineering, and functions to become AI-native.
• Shape operating model, governance, and execution cadences for AI programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in business/digital transformation, enterprise tech, or AI leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of AI, ML, generative AI, automation, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience building AI adoption programs at enterprise scale.
