📋 Description

• Define and drive a 1–3 year global architecture roadmap.
• Unify and modernize systems into a coherent platform.
• Establish core architectural principles, frameworks, patterns.
• Evaluate and adopt technologies to boost developer productivity.
• Partner with the CTO to align architecture with business goals.
• Lead and develop a global team of architects and engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech leadership, incl. 3+ years in architecture at scale.
• Proven success scaling multi-product or post-M&A SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and modern SaaS architecture.
• Experience leading 50+ engineers and architects globally.
• Cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and event-driven/microservices.
• Strong technical judgment balancing polyglot environments with standardization.
