📋 Description

• Ensure timely, accurate, and delightful service delivery to all clients.
• Provide direction to teams and annual growth/retention strategy.
• Conduct strategic reviews with clients; act as executive sponsor.
• Evaluate operational metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Support and execute renewal strategies to drive revenue.
• Manage P&L across teams; report monthly to executives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience
• 8+ years in Benefit Administration with brokers, carriers and clients
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Experience coaching leaders to lead
• Financial management; experience managing large budgets
• Strategic and analytical skills; ability to drive a plan
