Set clinical quality strategy; define metrics, targets, and safety culture.
Oversee onboarding, capacity planning, policies, and performance data.
Co-develop clinical strategy with the CMO and growth plans.
Build governance structures and leadership development programs.

🎯 Requirements

Active, unrestricted medical license
Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
Minimum 5 years direct patient care
Minimum 5 years progressive leadership, managing physicians, scaling >1k clinicians
Virtual care experience; multi-state licensing and credentialing (NCQA, JC)
Experience overseeing clinical quality, peer review, or patient safety programs
