VP of Commercial Lending, Risk, and Underwriting

📋 Description

• Oversee and scale lending products across healthcare, equipment finance, working capital, and CRE.
• Develop origination channels and partnerships with sponsors and healthcare operators.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Design credit strategies, pricing, and risk parameters for new products.
• Lead underwriting, portfolio monitoring, collections, and fraud controls.
• Scale lending infrastructure and operational workflows with Product, Engineering, and Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in commercial lending, private credit, or related credit environment.
• Experience launching or scaling lending products/programs.
• Strong underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management skills.
• Experience in healthcare lending, equipment finance, or asset-backed lending.
• Entrepreneurial, independent, high-growth mindset.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and partners.
