Regulatory Integration: Translate MAS regs into policies.
Compliance Operations: Monitor transactions, wallet & sanctions screening.
Regulatory Liaison: Manage MAS inspections and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product/Tech/Legal to embed compliance.
Training & Culture: Lead AML/KYC, sanctions, TRM training for teams.

🎯 Requirements

Experience: 10+ years AML in payments, crypto, fintech.
Regulatory Knowledge: MAS PSA, DPT, Travel Rule, TRM.
Certifications: IBF Level 2, ACAMS, ICA preferred; others a plus.
Technical Proficiency: Blockchain analytics and on-chain screening tools.
Startup Agility: Collaborate with product and engineering in a fast-paced environment.
Regional Advantage: HK AMLO/MSO regs experience is a strong advantage.
