🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's in CS/IT/Cyber Security; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC desirable.
• Experience: 10+ years in cyber security; 5+ years in leadership.
• Technical Expertise: firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection, cloud security, threat intel.
• Risk Management: enterprise risk mgmt strategies.
• Leadership/Communication: influence stakeholders at all levels.
