📋 Description

• Be the executive voice of engineering across All Hands, reviews, and updates.
• Create the technical vision for Web, Mobile, and AI platforms.
• Establish core principles, pod structure, and key inputs/outputs.
• Make Posh an AI-native org and lift leverage per engineer.
• Redefine the engineering ladder and career growth for engineers.
• This is an in-person role at SoHo, NYC; partner with Product & Design to align roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience with 3+ years leading managers on high-growth consumer software.
• Deep platform architecture knowledge; able to lead RFCs and incidents; former Staff/Principal.
• Proven success attracting/retaining top talent and building leadership bench.
• Bias toward urgency and visible ambition; strong leadership presence.
• Deep view on mobile/web architecture; backend-focused; React/React Native at scale.
• Experience working closely with a founder/CEO involved in product and pace.
