📋 Description

• Own the multi-year product strategy for Squarespace's product platform capabilities, from identity
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineering managers across multiple platform domains
• Define what "platform as a product" means in practice: adoption metrics, internal customer feedback
• Drive consolidation of fragmented and overlapping systems while sustaining delivery for the product

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering management experience, including leading engineering teams and developing
• Deep experience in platform engineering management: internal platforms, developer platforms, or
