VP of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead the long-range plan, annual operating budget, and rolling forecasts.
• Own cash flow management and financial modeling, including scenario planning for hiring and growth.
• Track and report ARR, net revenue retention, gross margin, CAC payback, and unit economics by
• Run monthly budget-vs-actual reviews with department leaders.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, billing, collections, payroll, and spend
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and deliver accurate financial statements on schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Director or VP of Finance, ideally in AI, SaaS, financial services, or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA or master's degree is strongly
• Hands-on experience with multi-state and multi-country finance: state tax nexus, multi-state
• Strong command of GAAP, revenue recognition, and internal controls.
• A track record of leading FP&A, owning the close, and managing external audits.
• Experience preparing board materials and working directly with investors.
