📋 Description

• Own financial strategy and planning: build the model, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Run finance ops: accounting, close, cash, payroll, audits; manage systems.
• Be the numbers partner: turn questions into analysis and priorities.
• Lead fundraising and investor relations: lead capital raises, manage data room, board reporting.
• Own compliance, tax, and risk: stay audit-ready in financial services.
• Build for scale: implement tools, controls, and a growing finance team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a finance leader (VP Finance or senior operator) with startup or high-growth.
• Hands-on: comfortable owning both strategy and the spreadsheet.
• Fluent in SaaS finance stack (ERP, accounting, FP&A, billing, BI) and working with tech teams.
• AI-forward: actively use AI tools to automate and speed up finance work.
• Excellent judgment, low ego, high output; works with minimal oversight.
• Fintech, lead gen/marketing, or financial services experience is a strong plus.
