VP of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead all financial functions including FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
• Own long-term financial planning and modeling to inform strategy and resource allocation
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, supporting company-wide decisions
• Work with the CEO to lead fundraising and support board relations
• Develop financial controls, processes, and tools for a high-growth, AI-native SaaS
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of finance leadership in SaaS startups (Series A+)
• Experience as VP/CFO in a fast-paced, venture-backed setting
• Deep SaaS/subscription knowledge, metrics, and AI-native dynamics
• Proven fundraising, investor relations, and due diligence
• Strong analytics, modeling, and FP&A skills with financial systems
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead finance teams
