• Develop and execute growth strategy to acquire new business.
• Drive growth in existing accounts and expand the pipeline.
• Establish reporting to track marketing activities for data-driven decisions.
• Set goals for MQLs, pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
• Lead integrated campaigns across email, social, conferences, and digital.
• Partner with sales and engineering to optimize our tech stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in B2B software with senior leadership; proven demand-gen, content, and event marketing.
• Experience scaling a hyper-growth start-up.
• Willingness to work in person 4-5 days a week.
