VP of IT

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise IT strategy and execution across infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and IT
• Direct IT Engineering & Platforms, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity & GRC across four U.S.
• Build a lean, audit-ready IT organization with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-171 alignment
• Oversee IT controls, SOX ITGC, and relationships with external auditors
• Own AI-enabled IT transformation and AI operating model maturation
• Manage IT budget, vendor strategy, and board-ready reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in IT with senior leadership (VP-level or equivalent)
• Experience in high-growth manufacturing/hardware/industrial sectors
• Proven controls program and SOX IT general controls ownership
• Strong cybersecurity leadership and IT risk management
• Commitment to AI as a force multiplier and scalable IT architecture
• Talent development and leadership-building track record
