• Own day-to-day IT ops, devices, and internal systems.
• Lead IT security program, EDR, SIEM, and SOC 2 readiness.
• Build and maintain governance, risk, and compliance framework.
• Manage incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Migrate IT from MSP to in-house; set strategy and roadmap.
• Report to CEO; collaborate with execs; run SecOps.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years IT/security with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record building internal IT; MSP-to-in-house transition.
• Hands-on operational and security experience; assist teams.
• Deep SOC 2 compliance familiarity.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
• Strong communication translating tech to execs.
