📋 Description

• Lead all legal operations as Hypori's sole in-house counsel.
• Manage government contracting and FAR/DFARS expertise.
• Oversee privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate SaaS, commercial, and vendor contracts.
• Govern corporate governance, risk management, and board matters.
• Collaborate with executives to translate legal terms into business strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing.
• 7–10 years of law practice; mix of law firm and in-house.
• Govt contracts experience with DoW/federal civilian, FAR/DFARS.
• Flowdowns, government data rights, procurement integrity; negotiate with primes and contracting officers.
• Significant SaaS/tech transactions experience negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Privacy and data protection knowledge; GDPR and US state privacy laws.
