VP of Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end supply chain strategy: sourcing, manufacturing, inventory, and 3PL.
• Build scalable processes for DTC, retail, and international expansion.
• Drive cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across the chain.
• Lead ERP implementation and data integrity across inventory, orders, and finances.
• Own demand planning, S&OP, and inventory forecasting; partner with Finance on budgets.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in senior ops leadership at DTC/CPG.
• Scaled a company to $150M+ revenue; supply chain & systems.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP implementation experience.
• Retail/wholesale know-how; Sephora/prestige partners a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• West Coast-based; remote candidates must travel to SF.
