📋 Description

• Own the company operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning, business
• Build and maintain company-wide alignment by connecting dependencies across functions, surfacing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or a Chief of Staff
• Demonstrated success building and operating company-wide planning processes, operating cadences
• Strong understanding of technology business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and improving business systems and tools across multiple
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market
• Experience managing competing priorities and aligning organizational demand, capacity, costs, and
