• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with ten plus years of experience in business
• Strong communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Team-based project management, experience managing a P&L, and KPI-driven decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to prioritize
• Commitment extends beyond opening hours; minimum 50% domestic travel; authorized to work in the US
• Skilled in dealing with premium customers, maintaining high-quality service standards
