📋 Description

• Accountable for operational performance across construction, service, and project management.
• Enforce standardized execution practices and prevent margin erosion.
• Lead and develop operational management team (Construction Director, Service Director, PM).
• Ensure disciplined project lifecycle control and schedule integrity.
• Drive capacity planning and coordination between project management and field execution.
• Define and enforce SOPs, operational KPIs, and conduct weekly reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of operations leadership experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated success managing operations through metrics and systems.
• Strong operational judgment and ability to enforce standards consistently.
• Clear written and verbal communication with independent decision-making.
