• Significant experience leading People functions in high-growth, venture-backed environments
• Understand how businesses operate, connect People decisions to company outcomes, and can

• Meaningful experience in organizational design, talent strategy, total rewards, performance
• Understanding of complexities of supporting employees across countries, particularly the US and
