📋 Description

• Define launch product; set go/no-go criteria; ship with urgency.
• Lead pricing, tiering, paywalls, and conversion experiments.
• Build product marketing: positioning, messaging, packaging, launches.
• Partner with engineering to expand QA across devices and wearables.
• Lead organic/product-led growth (ASO, lifecycle, referrals, retention).
• Set roadmap; mentor PMs; align with data team on user insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience growing a mobile consumer app via organic/product-led growth.
• Experience building and owning a product marketing function from scratch.
• Owned freemium or subscription models: pricing, tiers, paywalls, testing.
• Runs Agile delivery: backlog refinement, ticket writing, ceremonies.
• Owned live consumer or commerce surfaces and kept them reliable.
• Launch-readiness discipline: go/no-go gates, GTM enablement.
• Experience managing and leveling up PMs; multi-platform (native + React Native).
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, fintech, or rewards/loyalty.
