VP of Product

📋 Description

• Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap.
• Integrate AI natively into the core product, replacing manual decisions in dispatch, routing
• Build ROI discipline into the roadmap by sizing and prioritizing opportunities based on value.
• Close the loop on bets by defining success metrics, instrumenting shipped features, and comparing
• Work with the executive team to translate company strategy into a prioritized product plan.
• Partner with Engineering to work through trade-offs, drive execution, and ship on fast cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product, including 4+ years managing product managers, with a track record of growing
• Strong product vision, grounded in customer evidence, and able to hold it against competing
• Energy for customer-facing work, including running advisory boards and pitching the roadmap
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles, including demos, RFPs, and security/integration
• Business and ROI rigor, with experience building business cases and using opportunity sizing for
• Strong product analytics instincts; ability to pull data from tools like PostHog or SQL and run
