VP of Product

📋 Description

• Define product strategy for product areas and contribute to overall product strategy
• Be data driven and deep into metrics that achieve company and customer goals
• Manage a team of Product Managers as they investigate market opportunities and build product roadmap
• Be forward thinking in product vision and design, especially with AI trends
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Support
• Assess market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years managing a team of PMs
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar
• Demonstrated customer empathy, including working in customer environments
• Experience in metrics-driven work environments
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple projects in iterative process
