• Own outcomes across acquisition, conversion, engagement, monetization, and customer value.
• Translate priorities into product investments, roadmaps, and resource decisions.
• Use customer insight, data, experiments, and business economics to guide decisions.
• Partner with Data to define metrics and drive OKRs.
• Deliver experiences that drive revenue, conversion, engagement, while driving cost efficiencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership in scaling consumer products.
• 3+ years leading in an early-stage technology company.
• 5+ years experience in consumer mobile products.
• A passion for social impact and improving lives.
• Experience leading a product organization with empowered teams.
• Data-informed decisions balanced with intuition about user engagement.
