VP of Product Management

📋 Description

• Define product strategy for your product areas and contribute to SpotOn's overall product strategy
• Be data driven and deep into the metrics and efforts that achieve the goals of our company and our
• Manage a team of Product Managers as they investigate market opportunities, build the product
• Be forward thinking in product vision and design, especially regarding AI
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Sales and Support to elicit
• Assess market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience or equivalent
• At least 5 years managing and coaching a team of Product Managers
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude, Vercel, or similar
• Demonstrated instances of putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their needs
• Experience and comfort operating in metrics-driven work environments that leverage data to make
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience designing and delivering
