📋 Description

• Serve as executive owner of growth and strategy for publisher ecosystem.
• Lead a comprehensive review of strategy, structure, and performance.
• Define future distribution across channels: email, creators, AI.
• Own the publisher playbook: engagement, onboarding, and trust.
• Develop and execute a publisher go-to-market plan across key segments.
• Build relationships with senior execs and editors across publishing.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in partnerships or publisher strategy.
• Proven record of building and scaling partner ecosystems.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of publisher business models and workflows.
• Experience negotiating partnership terms and MSAs.
• Analytical, data-informed prioritization and ecosystem health.
