VP of Software Development & IT

📋 Description

• Own the technology function for a client: software, IT, security, AI strategy.
• Lead a high-velocity, AI-forward software org with reliability and compliance.
• Set department tone: high-velocity, AI-forward, quality-driven, cross-functional.
• Host weekly Technology L10 and bi-weekly Sprint Planning; attend Leadership L10 meetings.
• Oversee IT infra, security, compliance, governance, and vendor relations.
• Hours: M–F 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in-office minimum 3 days a week.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead software and IT org at VP/CTO level.
• Modernize SDLC with AI: AI-assisted coding, automated testing, AI review.
• Own enterprise AI strategy: evaluation, adoption, governance, measurable impact.
• Deep Agile/Scrum/sprint delivery experience.
• Strong architecture, APIs, platform development, cloud infra, and network security.
• Experience owning SOC 2 and HIPAA programs, audits, remediation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across multiple platforms.
